If you ever get a chance to try out pinhole photography, i suggest you do it. There's something special about that whole experience. Crafting your own camera from lets say for example a shoebox. Making it unique looking and hoping it will work and has no lightleaks. Taking pictures, waiting still for easily even ten minutes. Going to the dark room and keeping your fingers crossed, hoping that something will appear in the photo paper you used as a negative. And when you can see the picture appearing, feel the enthusiasm and joy for taking a photo with something so simple, without any expensive camera gear. Feeling yourself again a bit closer with photography and its' history.
These photos are all taken by me, with cameras made by me. I used small cartridge boxes in these.
This is the one. The one that has a fiery heart. Strong feelings, big smile and sparks of joy and humor in his eyes. He is of course, our dear sunshine. Exploring the world. Living life with full and overwhelming feelings (just like her mother..).
Next autumn he will be two years already. Time passes on so quickly that sometimes it scares me.

This year's Pori Jazz Festival was my second Pori Jazz -experience ever. On friday got to wear a raincoat and rubber boots while watching amazing Joss Stone, Richard Ashcroft and Lauryn Hill. On saturday the weather was definitely way better and i would say it was quite hothothot. Had my camera(s) with me and captured few beautiful female artists. Here you can have Shura, Ane Brun and Låpsley.
Lovely Shura
Stunning Ane Brun
And finally Låpsley. Have to say that this one was my favorite.
